My first outdoor condenser was installed by a diamond dealer. It quit working three weeks after installation. i contacted e comfort and initiated a warranty claim with chris. Within 10 days i was shipped a new unit. it has worked flawlessly for the past three weeks. I am hopeful it continues to provide the wonderful comfort that i expect for my 1200 sq. Ft. Service great, Delivery on time, Unit came in DOA with bad pressure switch. Factory would not replace switch they said call where you purchased it EComfort. I did they wanted me to fill out all kinds of forms, Leave a credit card, until part was returned. Not worth the hassle I Just replaced pressure switch.
