This replaced two smaller Sea Breeze units and works better than both of them combined. It's quiet and very efficient, cooling the large room quickly.

Way Too Slow...using Too Much Water Nov 17, 2016

I installed the heater per the installation instructions...upgrading my natural gas line to 3/4" from the meter to the heater. I am satisfied with how quiet the unit is, but it is taking way too long to get any hot water. We have metered water and it is expensive. Any savings I may have gained from doing away with the pilot lite and storage tank will be more than lost letting the water run for 2 to 3 times longer than with a tanked water heater.

I installed a complete HVAC system in my home choosing the GMVM97 at the suggestion of eComfort after sending them my home specs. I installed it in July and had very good results on the A/C side. Have used Runtal UF series before and the quality is excellent. Now if they could sneak more BTUs per foot.
