Installed this system in a uninsulated summer cottage. Quick to install, I had to do some carpentry work to re-support the ceiling where I cut out 2 x 2's but when I was done it really turned out better that I expected. I'll definitely buy Gree again and will recommend EComfort to all. They were the absolute best.

Installation was easy. Cools my whole house in full sun quicker than my car cools. A little louder than I thought. Condenser is large. Remote has plenty of settings. Overall, a great product so far.

If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. We've now had 3 months of use from the boiler and it has performed well, and though the purchase and installation wasn't cheap, it heats our large home well with a hydronic/forced-air system. Lately we have had a problem with the fan racing noisily and exhaust huffing and puffing. My installer is away, so I'm hoping it is a programming issue that I can resolve. A good help phone number for the unit would be nice. Perfect purchase, delivery, etc. by eComfort
