I received the boiler in a timely fashion. The box was undamaged. I took it inside and removed the cardboard and it all seemed to be there and in good condition. I was surprised to see it had an outdoor reset built into it. It comes with the outdoor sensor. I will not be hooking this up until spring as I do not want to interrupt my heating system during the cold weather. But I do not foresee any issues. We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! the heater is fantastic so far. no problems whatsoever. only been installed couple of weeks now. cold weather moving in so my 24 x 48 foot, well insulated garage should be toasty through the winter.

January 2016 our heater went out at our business. We ordered the Modine PDP-150,000 BTU Unit Heater. Other than the shipping was slow - we received this heater a little later than expected in Wisconsin. The heater was installed and is working great as of today, March 2.

DID YOU HAVE IT SERVICED BY A PRO WHO KNEW HOW TO DO A BUDERUS (BREAK DOWN SERVICE)...MY heat exchanger was dirty from not doing a yearly BUDERUS BREAK DOWN SERVICE as stated in the boiler manual....gas co. contract does not cover cleaning condensing boiler heat exchanger, so...it gets dirty, the flame temp in the heat exchanger goes up, and the sensor and igniter burn out...If in doubt, do what I did, Called Buderus in New Hampshire...number on manual that came with boiler,
