I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. Very easy to install... working great... no issues... If this works as good as it is now for the next 10 years, as it is warrantied for, I will be getting another just like it... Wonderful furnace!

Just What I Was Looking For Dec 19, 2016

I just built a new pole building and was looking for heat and decided this is it. At this point have it hanging, in process of hooking up so might be a little early for a review, but I can tell I'm going to be satisfied. Delivery was Awesome no complaints

One fan, and A coil is not freezing up has run from 6 am till now -- 7:30pm at 93 degrees outside temp---- other two should be coming to their new home soon

Bought a large flip. The previous owner removed the condenser and A coil. Called EComfort. The salesman was in the HVAC business for many years. He sold me the EXACT units I needed. Delivery was in 2 days. The A coil fit perfectly on the heater. The next day we were working in 70 degree temperature during a heat wave. Thanks.
