Our main house is cooled by a 2.5 ton conventional a/c. I replaced that unit in June with a new American Standard (Trane) a/c. On the back of the house is a Florida room 44' x 12' that was not air conditioned. Three sides of the room are sliding glass doors, circa 1989, overlooking a lake and facing east. I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. My Mitsubishi has been up and running for about a month now, its currently heating a 440sq ft finished garage. Its super quiet and the heat is even and well controlled. I installed it myself and had no issues whatsoever ( I've worked in industrial automation and controls for many years ). Very nice unit I like it a lot.

Service great, Delivery on time, Unit came in DOA with bad pressure switch. Factory would not replace switch they said call where you purchased it EComfort. I did they wanted me to fill out all kinds of forms, Leave a credit card, until part was returned. Not worth the hassle I Just replaced pressure switch.
